Purpose
The Retreat House aims at providing religious retreats venue for Christian communities only.
Facilities
1. There are 46 single rooms, room for Spiritual Director, reconciliation room, conference room, chapel, lounges, dining room and car park. Washrooms with toilets and showers are located at both wings on each floor.
2. Air-conditioning a. Common area : Free air-conditioning is provided in conference rooms, chapel and refectory. Donations are welcome. For energy saving, retreatants should always switch off all conditioners when leaving these rooms. b. Guest rooms : From April to November, free air-conditioning is provided in guest rooms from 9 pm to 8 am. If air-conditioning is required out of the said hours, an additional daily rate of $50 per room will be charged (irrespective of length of time). Therefore, overnight camp retreatants are required to pay an additional charge of $100 for a 24-hour air-conditioned room.
3. Audio-visual equipment a. Audio-visual equipment including DVD player, projector and portable CD player are provided free of charge. b. If there is any damage of the said equipment, the applicant organization will be responsible for the compensation according to the replacement cost.

Additional charges of conference rooms and chapel :
A maximum use of 2 hours of conference rooms and chapel before and after the camp hours is allowed at an hourly rate of $100 subject to pre-arrangement and pre-payment.
Required number of retreatants :
Weekday – 15 to 46 persons of the same group
Saturday, Sunday & public holiday – 25 to 46 persons of the same group
Application
Booking applications are accepted in October for the period of January to June, and April for the period of July to December. The completed Application Form should be sent to the Secretariat by post, by fax 2569 0188, or by e-mail – catholic@hkcccl.org.hk . Applicant will be informed by the Secretariat of the application result.
